Description
A recent addition to the already diverse range that Bradstone offer, the Ancestry paving collection presents an opportunity to create an outdoor space with an aged, worn-in feel. Indeed the paving slabs that make up ancestry have been made using moulds cast from original natural stone examples giving the slabs an unmistakable presence of heritage and time honoured tradition without seeming artificial in any way. The faces of the flagstones have slightly riven textures that can be created as natural stone is cleaved. These variations then seem to have been rounded over time through wear. The overall impression of ancestry paving is one of authenticity despite this being manufactured paving that is remarkably cheap in price.
The Ancestry range has been very well thought out and Bradstone produce paving, walling and edging in matching styles and textures to give your garden a completed look of perfection. Ancestry paving comes in three colours, Abbey Storm as pictured here which has a grey colour as well as Abbey Brown and finally Abbey Original which has a beige colour not dissimilar to buff. These three shades can of course be mixed together in your garden as they come in the same dimensions.
Bradstone Ancestry is sold in a variety of packages to suit your needs. The most popular choice is the mixed patio pack which covers 6.40m² and is made up of 35 slabs ranging in dimensions from 300mm to 600mm. Each of these dimensions are also available individually in packs of 52 or 25 for the larger format slabs. Also available are Ring Circle packs which make marvellous centrepieces in your garden.
